  1. Upgrade patch file which when used on a clean installation of EF2000,
  2. updates to version 2.4. Please note that this patch is the patch 
  3. that follows 2.02, as there hasn't been a version 2.03. Also, this
  4. patch ONLY fixes bugs, it does not add any new features.
